GASPAR SERVIO THE HIGHEST IN 2025
The World’s Highest Scoring Goalkeeper 2025: Gaspar Servio
In terms of goalscoring, goalkeepers in 2025 were underwhelming. Only four managed to register multiple goals; they all are South Americans. Their highest total was just three (the smallest annual best in XXI century), and all four of these scored only from penalties.
All three highest scoring goalkeepers 2025 were on the podium in 2024 as well.
Argentine Gaspar Servio took first place again, having also won the award twice before, in 2021 and 2022.
Servio had a rough year: a heavy injury in mid-April (cruciate ligament rupture) kept him out for the rest of the year. Nevertheless, he managed to score just enough to secure first place.
Just because he has played far fewer matches, Servio has been preferred over the Peruvian, Patricio Álvarez, who also scored 3 goals.
