IFFHS Men’s World Best Goal Scorer 2025 at 30 September: Kylian Mbappé
Kylian Mbappé, Erling Haaland, Harry Kane and Denis Bouanga were very successful in September having added 12 goals each to their annual tallies. They four lead now the global 2025 goal-scorers’ ranking.
Los Angeles’ Bouanga made no fewer than 3 hat-tricks within the month repeating the February feat of Monaco’s Mika Bieret.
Mbappé scored in every one of his 8 games in September for club and country, Haaland in every one of his 6.
Mbappé’s 47 goals is the 2nd best individual performance in a calendar year since January to September over the current decade. Only Robert Lewandowski registered more at this point: 50 goals in 2021 (finishing the year with 69).
Mbappé’s personal annual record is 56 goals (in 2022). With such a great form, he can easily surpass his best mark.
