Atletico Madrid: comeback champions of the season
Not to say that Atletico Madrid’s season 2024-25 has been very successful – but there was still a category in which they were “world champions”.
During the season, “Colchoneros” made no fewer than 16 bright comebacks in all competitions (both to win and to draw) counting only those which came in the final spell of a game.
These comebacks of Diego Simeone’s team are listed in the table.
