Players with most games for a single club in European club competitions

Thomas Müller, going to leave Bayern after the end of the season, has played vs Inter on 16 April his 163rd and presumably last Champions League game for the club.

This is the UCL record for apperances with the same club.
In general, Müller is now joint-third on games in the Champions League, level with Lionel Messi and behind only Cristiano Ronaldo (183) and Iker Casillas (177).
In all major European competitions, the attacking midfielder has amassed 167 games for Bayern (including 2 in UCL qualification and 2 in UEFa Super Cup) what makes him all-time third in the ranking of players with most European appearances (across all competitions), behind Xavi (173 for Barcelona) and Paolo Maldini (168 for Milan).
