La Liga’s best runs of away scoring games
Luka Modric (picture) and Real Madrid ended a streak of consecutive La Liga games scoring away from home.
They had 31 such games in a row; it was 4th best feat in the history of competition, just 4 games from equaling the record of the Spanish championship which Real Madrid themselves set in 2017.
The streak started after Real Madrid’s 0-1 loss vs Valencia at Mestalla Stadium in May 2023 an was broken in the last La Liga round by Espanyol on 1 February (0-1).
