ATALANTA ENDS WINNING RUN

Atalanta’s winning run in Serie A ends

Yesterday's draw vs Lazio (1-1) ended Atalanta's run of 11 consecutive Serie A wins.
It is the best such streak in the club's history and the joint-best in the Italian league since 2018.
This is the 12th time in the league's nearly 100-year history that a team has won 11 or more games in a row. All these cases occurred within the last 20 years.
The national record belongs to Inter: 17 straight victories in 2006-2007.
