MOHAMED SALAH POWER 200

Salah: 200 goals in top 5 leagues

The goal scored for Liverpool on 9 November against Aston Villa (2-0) was Mohamed Salah's 200th in the top five European leagues (35 in Italy, 165 in England).
He is the third African player in history to reach this milestone, after the current record holder Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (236) and the one who held it before him, Samuel Eto'o (209).
Earlier, the record belonged during few decades to Hassan Akesbi who passed away, at the age of 89, just on the day of Salah's landmark goal, 9 November.
Another great player from this ranking (7th place), Rachid Mekhloufi, has died on 8 November at 88. (RIP)
