Copa Libertadores: statistics on semi-finals 2nd leg (30-31 October) 

River Plate vs Atlético Mineiro 0-0 (agg 0-3)

*Atlético Mineiro have reached a Copa Libertadores final for 2nd time (after 2013 when they won the trophy).
Overall, they will take part in the final of CONMEBOL tournaments for 8th time; 5 of 7 previous occasions happened between 1992 and 1997.

*Atlético Mineiro have gone 10 games without losing against Argentine teams in CONMEBOL tournaments.

*Brazilian teams have not conceded goals from Argentine rivals playing as visitors in the Copa Libertadores semifinals since 4  games ago. The last time this happened in 2018, when Darío Benedetto (Boca Juniors) scored a brace against Palmeiras.

*Peñarol have accumulated 16 consecutive matches without losing at home in the knockout phase of the Copa Libertadores.

*Botafogo will take part in a Copa Libertadores final for the first time.
They became the 14th Brazilian club and 44th overall to get promoted to the final of the competition.

*For the 7th time, a Copa Libertadores final (on 30 November at Estadio Monumental, Buenos Aires) will be disputed by two clubs from the same country (Brazil in 6 occasions, Argentina in the remaining one).
Of the last 5 finals of the competition (2020 to 2024), 4 are all-Brazilian, with 6 different teams involved.

*Brazil will extend its record of winning 6 consecutive editions of the competition. The streak included the celebrations of Flamengo (2019, 2022), Palmeiras (2020, 2021), Fluminense (2023) and the winner of 2024. 
The last non-Brazilian champion was River Plate in 2018 (in the final against Boca Juniors in Madrid).
Argentina have had a 4-edition winning streak on two occasions: the first occurred between 1967 and 1970 with Racing (1) and Estudiantes (3) and the second with Independiente's four-time championship from 1972 to 1975. 
Brazil also had won 4 in a row between 2010 (Internacional), 2011 (Santos), 2012 (Corinthians) and 2013 (Atlético Mineiro).

*Brazil will be just one title away from Argentina's historic record. With Atlético Mineiro or Botafogo the Brazilians will reach 24 Copa Libertadores titles, while Argentina remain with 25.
