All-time best top division goal-scorers: Finland (part 45)

Heikki Suhonen (Picture) is the record holder of the national league of Finland since its inception in 1930. He has scored 206 goals in 427 top flight games between 1969 and 1986.
Suhonen is the player with most goals for a single club (200 for TPS Turku) and the only one to reach the mark of 200 goals. 
Six players managed to score 150+ goals, 22 players reached 100 goals.
There are no active players in the “Club 100+”.
The best foreign goal scorer is Valery Popovich (166); he takes the 5th position in all-time ranking.
Two other foreign players in “Club 100+” are Rafael (Brazil, full name: Rafael Pires Vieira) with 136 goals and Michael Belfield (England) with 119. 
FC Lahti is a product of the merger in 1996 of two rival clubs from Lahti, Kuusysi and Reipas.
