Winners of UCL and Euro at the same year

Three players of the victorious Spanish team at Euro 2024 - Dani Carvajal (PICTURE), Nacho and Joselu – have won in the current year the Champions League as well (with Real Madrid).
Here we list all players who achieved the same throughout the history, including the European Cup era (1955-1992). 
Luis Suárez Miramontes was the first to do it, in 1964 (with Spain and Inter). Now, the number of such double-winners has increased to 17. 
12 of them took part in both victorious finals of the year while 5 missed one or both of them (but featured in other games of the competitions).
These 5 players (including Joselu from the above mentioned Spanish threesome) are highlighted, and the tournament(s) where they did not play in the final are marked in white.
Notably, the year 2024 is just the second in the history in which the Champions League (European Cup) has been won by a club of the country that won the Euro, too (after 1988: PSV and Netherlands).
