*It was the third confrontation between the teams. Both previous turned Argentina’s victories as well: 5-0 in Buenos Aires on 24 May 2010 and 2-0 on 20 June (the opening game of Copa América 2024).

*Argentina faced the same rival twice in an edition of Copa América for the 5th time with the current format. Two crosses were in the semifinals (Colombia in 1993 and Paraguay in 2015) and two in the finals (Mexico in 1993 and Chile in 2016).
