IFFHS AWARDS 2023 – SCALONI TWICE
Argentina and France dominate the FIFA Men Ranking for national teams. So is it not a surprise to see the two national coaches of the two countries dominate the IFFHS rankings.
Lionel Scaloni was voted as IFFHS World’s Best National Coach 2023 before Didier Deschamps, winner of the IFFHS Awards 2018 and 2020. Exactly the same ranking as last year 2022 ! Scaloni won so his second consecutive IFFHS Award, Deschamps shows a great regularity since 2016, the World’s best (rank 5 in 2016, 5 in 2017,1 in 2018, 4 in 2019, 1 in 2020, 3 in 2021, 2 in 2022, 2 in 2023) !
Behind them, Roberto Martinez took place on the podium with a new challenge with Portugal, Luis De la Fuente with Spain and Marcelo Bielsa with Uruguay completed the Top 5.
