IFFHS Men’s World Best National Top Division Scorer 2023 at 31 October: Harry Kane

Harry Kane keeps the lead in the category of World’s best national goal-scorers 2003 for the 2nd month in a row. He has scored 29 goals in total (17 for Tottenham and 12 for Bayern).
