24 teams Qualify for TotalEnergies AFCON Ivory Coast 2023 .

The last two teams to qualify were Cameroon and Namibia from three-team group C after a Kenyan disqualification from onset. Hosts, Cameroon survived a scare Tuesday night at the hands of a spirited Burundian side that were only dissolved by the sterling performance of their Manchester United goalkeeper, André Onana making his return to the squad after the yet to be explained exit from camp after their first game of the last World Cup Finals in Qatar. Burundi stood their ground buoyed by the calculus that any draw in the nature of 0-0, 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4 would land them qualification as Namibia with 5 points and all their games played waited on the fringes and finally qualifying courtesy of the 3-0 win for Cameroon.
