Tarek Hadj Adlane holds the record with 125 goals scored in 305 games between 1987 and 2002 for USM Alger and Kabylie.
Hacène Lalmas, sometimes presented as all-time best scorer in the Algerian championship, has scored 153 league goals in total but only 97 of them in the national top division. A further 56 were added in the seasons 1962-63 and 1963-64 when he featured in the regional league.
