Gaspar Servio, a 30-year old Argentine became the most scoring goalkeeper of the world’s top football for the 2nd year in a row.
In 2021, he netted 7 times for Guaraní in the Paraguayan league.
In 2022, playing already for Rosario Central in his homeland, he scored 4 goals (3 in the league, 1 in the cup). All his goals in both years came from the penalty spot.
Apart from Servio, only one goalkeeper has scored more than once in 2022 – Colombian José Luis Chunga from Alianza Petrolera (2 goals in Colombian league).
