WORLD CUP RECORDS (Part 41) - RIVALRIES WITH MOST GAMES

Rivalries with most games

Argentina and Netherlands have met each other in the World Cups for the 6th time. This is one of the most frequent rivalries in the history of the tournament.
The record was set by Brazil and Sweden, who played twice in 1994 and brought the number of their games to 7 (they have not met since).
Later, two more pairs of teams repeated this record.
