IFFHS WOMEN’S WORLD BEST TOP DIVISION GOAL SCORER 2021 


LUCIE MARTINKOVA BEFORE MEXICAN TRIO !


 

 

Due to the best classification of Czech Republic in the FIFA Ranking, Lucie Martinkova wins the FIRST EVER IFFHS Award of THE WORLD’S BEST TOP DIVISION GOALSCORER 2021 ! 

With 38 goals in the year, she had the same total than Mexican Goalscorer Alicia Cervantes ,who took place 2 with only one goal more than Alison Gonzales, CONCACAF’s Best Youth Player of the Year 2021 by IFFHS ! Gonzales (37 goals) and Stephany Mayor (33) composed with Alicia Cervantes the Mexican Trio , taking places 2, 3 and 4 ! World’s Best Top Goal Scorer of the year, Jennifer Hermoso took place 5 before Belgium’s Tessa Wullaert.

The Top 26 is composed by players of : UEFA (19), CONCACAF (5) CAF (1) and AFC (1). Mexico is represented by 5 players and Spain by 4, FC Barcelona presented again 4 players in the Top 26.


We have taken in consideration the women best 30 nations in the World (official source : Top 30 FIFA Ranking Dezember 2020) and we add all the Goals  in these  countries from January 1, 2021 to Dezember 31, 2021 ( the same rules that the IFFHS has established in 1991 for the men). We can already announce the ranking, no game in the last day can change it.
