Since end of March 2020, the COVID has interrupted all football international competitions in the World. It was only at the beginning of August that the international matches started again.

So the leader at the end of March, Karim El Berkaoui (7 goals) was joined by Romelu Lukaku (Goalscorer with Inter Milan in the UEFA Europa League) at the Top of the Ranking and Martin Bueno (6 goals) kept his position.
