Fábio, first ever in Brasileirão at 45

Fluminense goalkeeper Fábio became the first player in the history of the Brazilian Série A to play at age 45. His age in the last game vs Atletico Mineiro (3-0) on 4 October was 45 years 4 days.
The all-time second-oldest veteran in the competition, 44-year-old midfielder Nenê, also continues to play for Juventude.
Fabio's team-mate, Fluminense captain Thiago Silva, who recently celebrated his 41st birthday, is the third-oldest active player in Brasileirão.
