*Botafogo have finished their series of 6 games without a win away in the competition; their last away victory was on 16 May 2024, against Universitario in Peru.

Sporting Cristal vs Bolívar 2-1

*Martín Cauteruccio became the oldest player (38 years 23 days) to score for Sporting Cristal in the Copa Libertadores. He surpassed Julinho, who scored at 37 years 147 days against Universidad Católica on 27 March 2003.

Central Córdoba vs Flamengo 1-1

*Flamengo have now gone 8 consecutive Copa Libertadores matches without losing in Argentina against local teams. Their last defeat was on 17 May 2017 (1-2 against San Lorenzo).

Cerro Porteño vs Palmeiras 0-2

*Palmeiras is the only team to have won all first 4 group stage matches of the current edition, securing qualification for the round of 16. 
They have gained 100 percent of points after 4 starting rounds in Copa Libertadores for the 4th time; also in 1968 (finished runners-up), 2021 (champion) and 2022 (semi-finalist).

*Estêvão (Palmeiras) became the youngest player (18 years 13 days) to score 4 goals in the Copa Libertadores. 
He surpassed Ángelo Henríquez who scored his 4th goal in the competition at 18 years 27 days on 10 May 2012.

Universidad de Chile vs Estudiantes 0-3

*Estudiantes scored 3 away goals in the first half for the first time in their Copa Libertadores history. 
Considering all Argentine teams, the last to do so was River Plate, on 22 September 2020 against Binacional.

*Nacional now equal Peñarol as the Uruguayan club with the most away wins in Brazil in the Copa Libertadores (6 each).

*LDU Quito got here:
the earliest 2-0 away lead in their Copa Libertadores history,
the earliest red card for their player (Bryan Ramírez, at 21st minute) in their Copa Libertadores history.

Atlético Nacional vs Internacional 3-1

*Atlético Nacional has scored 3 goals against a Brazilian team in the Copa Libertadores for just the second time and for the first in 50 years (after 3-2 against Cruzeiro away in 1975).

Barcelona Guayaquil vs River Plate 2-3

*Franco Mastantuono is the third River Plate player under the age of 18 to score 2 goals in the Copa Libertadores, after Javier Saviola and Fernando Cavenaghi.
