GUARDIOLA'S WORST RUN

Guardiola’s worst run in coaching career

Pep Guardiola has suffered 4 straight defeats for the first time in all 16 seasons of his extraordinary coaching career; the last of them on 9 November in a Premier League clash vs Brighton (1-2).
Widely regarded as the world's best coach, maybe even the all-time best, Guardiola previously endured twice 3-game losing runs which were his low points until now.
The lowest one was in the 2014-15 season at Bayern Munich when his team lost to Borussia Dortmund in a penalty shootout in the German Cup after a draw in regular time and immediately 3 next games (see the table).
Manchester City are obviously affected by serious injury problems, most significant of which is the loss of Rodri for the rest of the season.
City, from their own, have lost 4 games in a row in all competitions for the first time since a run between April and August 2006 under Stuart Pearce, two years before the Abu Dhabi takeover of the club and 10 years before Guardiola's arrival.
