Netherlands vs Austria 2-3

*Austria have won 2 games in a row at a major international tournament for the first time in 42 years. Last time it happened at World Cup 1982. 

*Austria have defeated the Netherlands for the first time since 1990, ending a run of seven consecutive losses in this rivalry. 

*Austria have finished top of the group at Euro for the first time in their history.
At World Cups, this happened once in the 1978 edition (they finished above Brazil and Spain).

*Austria have scored multiple goals in consecutive Euro matches for the first time.

*Denmark have reached the knockout rounds in 2 consecutive Euro editions for the first time in their history. 

*Slovenia have qualified for the knockout rounds of a major international tournament for the first time in their history.
