WOMEN’S UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE – 20 + 21 DECEMBER 2023 

 

-       Having reached the quarter finals on their debut in 2021/22, Real Madrid’s hopes of making the last 8 are again over like last season !

-       After celebrating their first win in the Champions League and a record crowd of 10000 last week, Paris FC won also their second game in Madrid against Real. Goalkeeper Nnadozie was again decisive !

-       Jonatan Giraldez announced that he would leave FC Barcelona at the end of the season, having been Champions League runner up in his first campaign in charge of 2021/22 before the victory in 2022/23.

-       Brann realized the exploit to earn a draw in the last minute against Lyon with the impressive display of 17 year old Signe Gaupset and Justine Kielland (21),who scored in the two Lyon games.
