Cristiano Ronaldo scores 100+ goals in three decades!

Cristiano Ronaldo has become the 6th player in the world football history to score 100+ top level goals in three different decades.
He amassed 206 goals in the 1st decade of XXI century (2001-2010) and produced incredible 550 in the 2nd decade (2011-2020); this figure is the world record for any scorers in any decade.
In the yesterday’s qualifier for Portugal vs Slovakia (3-2), CR7 made a brace that brought his amount in in the current 3rd decade (2021-2030) to  101 goals.
Karim Benzema annoyingly missed chance to join the “Club 100+ in 3 decades” as he only notched 95 goals in 2001-2010 decade while having fulfilled the condition in the next two.
Lionel Messi, as we have already reported, entered the “Club” just 2 months ago (he scored his 100th goal in this decade on 12 August 2023).
Two players more have yet chance to join the “Club”, if they managed to achieve 100 in the current decade: Luis Suarez (now he is at 60) and Edin Dzeko (at 52).
