The national league in Algeria was incepted in 1964. Only 6 players (all native and retired) reached 100+ goals since then. 
Tarek Hadj Adlane holds the record with 125 goals scored in 305 games between 1987 and 2002 for USM Alger and Kabylie.
Hacène Lalmas, sometimes presented as all-time best scorer in the Algerian championship, has scored 153 league goals in total but only 97 of them in the national top division. A further 56 were added in the seasons 1962-63 and 1963-64 when he featured in the regional league.
