Samantha Kerr, Australian's Goal scorer of Chelsea, is the winner of the Award of IFFHS WOMEN'S WORLD BEST INTERNATIONAL GOAL SCORER 2022 ! With 17 goals (12 for Australia and 5 for Chelsea) , she preceded Beth Mead an Ewa Pajor, ranking second with 15 goals. In the Top 10, 3 confederations are represented (UEFA, CONCACAF and AFC), Beth Mead scored the most National team goals (13). Colombian young star Linda Caicedo, voted by IFFHS as WOMEN'S WORLD BEST YOUTH (U20) PLAYER 2022, scored 14 international goals this year but 11 in youth categories (not considered in this ranking).
Alexia Putellas, Catarina Macario and Marie Antoinette Katoto are ranked in the Top 20 despite of their injuries since more than 6 months, they will be fine for 2023 !
