Endrick: 2nd youngest scorer of Brazil top flight history!

The young striker Endrick from Palmeiras made history on 26 October vs Athletico Paranaense (3-1). In addition to becoming the youngest player to appear and score for his club, he also became the 2nd youngest goal-scorer (16 years 97 days) in the whole history of Brazilian Championship since its foundation in 1959. 
It was Endrick’s 4th appearance for Palmeiras, always as a sub, with total game amount of 105 minutes so far.
The 16-year-old talent is only behind Antônio Carlos Oliveira de Matos, better known as Toninho de Matos, who is holding the record since 1978.
Now 60 years old, Toninho scored at the age of 15 years 289 days during a match between Comercial and Mixto. His goal was scored at the end of the match which ended in a 2-2 draw.
