Salah surpasses Drogba as best African goal-scorer in EuroCups!
The goal scored by Mohamed Salah for Liverpool in the last Champions League game vs Ajax (3-0) was his 51st in official European club competitions. He set the new record for African goal-scorers in these competitions surpassing Didier Drogba (50).
Salah’s total amount is the sum of his goals for Basel (7), Fiorentina (1), Roma (3) and Liverpool (40).
Vast majority of Salah’s total came from Champions League main stage (42). But in this category, he is still behind Drogba (44).
