IFFHS Men's Club Continental Rankings in February 2022 - CONCACAF
The leadership in the IFFHS continental club ranking of CONCACAF has passed as of February this year to the Mexican CF Monterrey, which took it from the winner of 2021 - CSD Communicaciones (Guatemala).
Four Mexican clubs are in the regional top 10. Honduras and Costa Rica are represented there with 2 clubs each.
