One year after winning the IFFHS Award of The World’s Best Top Goal Scorer (international goals), Algerian Baghdad Bounedjah wins his second IFFHS Award, being the Best Top Goal Scorer of the Season in the best 60 Top Leagues in the World ( IFFHS Ranking of the Strongest Leagues in the World 2018 published in January 2019).  Lionel Messi, winner of the Trophy four times, and Abderrazak Hamdallah complete the podium ! Since 1997, the IFFHS established this ranking with the best Leagues in the World determined by the annual Leagues Ranking .
